This house guarded by...

Lady Georgia. At the ready...

and... lunge!

(She spent her whole allowance on this costume, played with it for an hour, despaired that she had spent her WHOLE allowance on anything and resolved to put her next one in a savings account. Then, having made a satisfactory plan, she promptly gave the knight's costume to Devyn, who was greatly delighted. Lady Georgia was radiant at having accomplished such a thoughtful gifting. And all the lords and ladies of the court applauded her galant generosity.)

my hero! Good luck at school today, Georgia! Lucy went to her first day of first grade and I can't wait to hear how it goes. I'll keep you posted,

love, Layli

I love how you tied the expression 'galant' in to describe a virtuous act involving a midevial costume! SO BRILLIANT and really Georgia is a wise one.

Such a serious knight and a detached soul. I've never seen a less materialistic child. She must feel that her needs and wants are thoughtfully met. Wow. BTW, I have a "face protector" for shielding her from the winter wind. It looks like an extended turtleneck rather than a whole cap. We'll see how she likes it.
